Find the hidden ring
Someone has hidden the One Ring. It's your task to find it back, by asking questions which can only be answered by "yes" or "no". Once you have found it, it's your turn to hide the ring.
The Ring can be hidden anywhere in 3rd Age Middle-earth, either shown on the map or mentioned in the books The Hobbit or The Lord of the Rings. The location should be quite narrow. You should be able to prick it on the map of Middle-earth with your pencil, so "The Misty Mountains" isn't good. You are allowed to hide it on a specific location in the Misty Mountains. You can however hide the Ring at a junction of two objects (in case of rivers, mountain range, roads and others). As you should be as narrow as possible, a street or building in Minas Tirith is better than the whole city, but r e m e m b e r the place should be mentioned in the books!
So, ask and seek the One Ring...

Is the One Ring on the Porch in Rivendell where the Council of Elrond was held?

No, it isn't in the Shire.
And no, it isn't on the porch in Rivendell where the Council of Elrond was held. ;D
Storm: lol, best is to ask for broad areas first and then narrowing the spot as soon as you get a "yes". Like; first asking if it's in Rivendell, and then for that porch. Else you could go on forever in asking. There are thousands of places!

Is it in Mordor?

Well....I was following directions! You said that our guess should be quite narrow and that it sould be able to be pointed out with the point of a pencil on a map. Misty Mountains was not good, it had to be a specific spot in the Misty Mountains.
But I agree....getting a general location first would be easier and then we could narrow it down from there.
So my next guess is: Is it in Mirkwood?

Yes, it's in Mordor... Somewhere.
No, it isn't in Mirkwood.
So keep searching in Mordor, you two!
Storm: The final guess at least lol. Maybe I should work on my post to make that more clear. But I guess all will be obvious after the first few times.

Is it in Barad-dûr on Sauron's finger?

No, not in Cirith Ungol
It's not on Sauron's finger, but it is in Barad-dûr. I'll better reveal that before you aim your gaze elsewhere.
Almost there!

Desi, The ring is the top tower of Barad-Dûr. That was enough for me, so you have found the hidden Ring! Now you can hide it!
