One of my favorites.....I call it .....Dessert Fit for a Wizard ;D
Summer Fruit Ambrosia
1/3 c. red russian OR Sweet and Spicy French Dressing 1c. plain lowfat yogurt 1/3 c. flaked coconut 1/3 c. chopped almonds OR walnuts 6 c. fresh fruit ....Sliced bananas, strawberries,nectarines,Melon.....Use what you enjoy..Most any fruit works.
In a medium sized bowl, mix the dressing and yogurt, then stir in the coconuts and nuts....Add the fresh fruit and toss/mix well.. This one usually serves 6..Unless my grandkids are around..lol then I have to double it.... ENJOY....RM

Mrs. Cotton's Cream Cheese Frosting
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (16 oz.) powdered sugar (about 4 cups), sifted
BEAT cream cheese, butter and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
ADD sugar gradually, beating until well blended after each addition.
*Mrs. Cotton likes her extra creamy and not so sugary so she adds and extra 1/2 package (4oz) of cream* cheese

No doubt the best dessert ever is baklava! Most excellent with a cup of coffee after dinner. Guaranteed to satisfy the sweet tooth of any Hobbit and finally fill one up! I have been making it for years and pretty much perfected it (much to the satisfaction of family and friends!)

Parmastahir, I agree, baklava is delicious! do you make your own? I just wander down to the mall where a tiny Greek restaurant serves it up! Yummy!
