[from BBC Radio 1 News]
A bit of 30's Hollywood glamour came to London's Leicester Square last night (Sunday).
It was the star-studded premiere of 'The Aviator', an epic film directed by Martin Scorsese about the aircraft pioneer, movie producer and billionaire playboy Howard Hughes.
Cate Blanchett looked stunning on the red carpet in a little black dress and told us why she loves coming over to the UK for premieres:
"It's a little colder than the ones in Australia, but I love Leicester Square - it's really magical."
"It's nice though, they (the crowd) are all 'Lord of The Rings' buffs - I was in it for about ten seconds but it will always be remembered!"
