You got it! Twizzle must be learning pretty well then! I was trying to say that Twizzle pulled out the perfect chicken feather for her ink well. But guess this is close enough considering we don't know the first second third person verb tenses.
Now to figure out the other tapestries. The one on the bottom is so clear and it says exactly what it is. I can't get the words they use on the first one to work in the generator properly so they might have mis-spelled or I am misreading the runes.
Notice I didn't show the mouse hovering over the tapestry with the floaty names showing! No cheating Holdo! Don't got to Twizzle's house and find the new tapestries and mouse over them!

Dolrianen is questing out in Rohan and went to Edoras. This is the floor of Meduseld just below the Dais to Theoden King's Throne.

Tapestry in Eomer's Home. I checked out Eowyn's room and she doesn't have any rune tapestries.

Wow, Stormy, you are finding inscriptions I do not remember having ever seen. LOL -- never thought to look in Meduseld! The screen shots are a bit dark but let's see what we can do with them!

I had looked at Meduseld and thought the tapestries were the same as Twizzle's house tapestries. I have to look to see them again while Dolrianen is out there. She was just walking around there doing her quests when *GASP* she noticed the floor!
I had Dolrianen over at the floor in front of the Dais and wrote down (in my own handwriting) the runes. I also wrote our letters for it. Some runes were still kind of blurry, so not so sure what they were and kind of guessed. I have not gone and put the letters I came up with into the translator.
I figured out some of Eomer's tapestry but some is not very clear. I have to put it into the translator, too. I think it says Saruman (spelling is bad) and Orthanc (much clearer) the last word is weird so have to see what translator says.

I came up with this for the floor runes:
hwar nycwom horsond hererinc hwær cwom here horn blawende
cwom helm heæe derce ondfægerf(ea)?
flowende hwær cwom han don
h(ea)rplestrengm ond r(ea)d gled
lowende hwær cwom wyrwa ond
thæstmo ndlangcorngrolende
What did you get? I am going to see if the translator makes sense of any of it.
(ea) is my way of saying that the e&a are smushed together. I can't find an alt code to create it properly.

More Tapestries in Meduseld. I get text on the middle picture Screen Shot 36 but if you see that, too just click on it and it will bring it up.

hwær cwom here horn blawende
cwom seems to be from the verb cumin, "to come." The source where I found this says it is a preterite form so, cwom = came, I think.
"here" is part of a familiar term from German history, heren = army/ warrior(s).
blawende can be "inspire" but this may be getting too fancy?
"where/ whence came the army, horn-inspired"
Will take Holdo to Meduseld, see what he can see there.

"where/ whence came the army, horn-inspired"
Or
Since I got this from the translator: bláwende Strong adjective blowing hard (wind) and using your "inspired" definition.
"where/whence came the army, inspired by the blaring of the horn"
I need to look in my little green book of Modern English words to Old English for cwom (cumen). I wish we could find a site for verb tenses, etc.

Darn Arcil in the mead hall at Aldburg is sitting right in the way of the runes on the tapestry behind him. So I could screenshot it but the middle would be missing. I wonder how many other mead halls in Rohan have tapestries with runes!
