I haven't watched the whole thing, yet. I've enjoyed what I've seen, though. I did a little research. It is an abridged version. The actor's name is Kevin O'Bri en, not with an a like I misspelled in the title. He is the founder/director of "Theater of the Word" a Catholic organization that "evangelizes through drama". If you want to know more: theateroftheword.blogspot.com/The dramatized lecture occurred during a symposium in 2017, about 30-40 minutes from my house. If I had known about it..... prairietroubadour.org/ The last video on this page is a Q&A from the symposium. Kevin O'Brien is in the light colored suit. And how I found it: Grandson had the spelling word "fairy". He told me only girls believe in fairies. I promptly googled JRR to find a picture. "He believes in faerie." Stopped the boy in his tracks. Further down the google page was a thumbnail picture of O'Brien as Tolkien giving this lecture. I got all excited thinking someone had filmed Tolkien giving it.... And I'll be reading The Smith of Wotton Major to the boy....

I will set some time to listen to his video. I looked at his Catholic Word website and it looks really interesting. Gonna check it out when I get the chance, too. Too bad you missed the presentation near your home.
