This board is for discussing differing views and ideas of Tolkien's works. Our own experiences and interpretations of our favorite author may stimulate some great debates and arguments that are of a controversial nature.

You can debate ideas posted, but please do it in a respectful manner.
This forum is NOT for the faint of heart. We would like to encourage challenging comments, ideas, and beliefs and offer this forum for people to express themselves openly and challengingly.
If you are involved in the discussions on this forum, you must be staunch and hearty and willing to take criticism well. People will be allowed to speak openly here and still show respect as well. Even those disagreeing should still respect the other's opinions and comments.
However, if ANYONE is offended or disturbed by any comments on this board, please inform the administrators immediately.
