A "Hello" echos down the once filled MSN Groups halls as Iarwain stumbles into a barren site. "Hmmmm," he wonders; "Perhaps like Rip van Winkle I have over slept and years have passed since last I came here." Ahead he sees a glimmering light and lo and behold it is a hyperlink to a new and exciting site, filled with old and new friends alike! Very nice change indeed! I think most of you know me, sorry not to be around much. I look forward to not being an Orc soon enough. ;D

Suilad Iarwain,
I'm very pleased to make your acquaintance. I remember from the old forum that you are... specializing (can't find a better word right now) in Tolkien's languages. A subject that really fascinates me, although I'm quite ignorant. Given your name, I would be interested in hearing your opinion about Tom Bombadil's nature in the respective thread.
Namarie, Greenleaf

Welcome to the new forums, Iarwain! I was wondering when you would stumble back in! lol!
As you can see, the old MSN site is now the Archive for all of our really old treasures. King Elessar has agreed to keep those scrolls safe in his library.
Barliman Butterbur has agreed to keep The Prancing Pony open for business, too. However, we ALL need to get back in the habit of stopping over there for a pint or two during the week.
You will notice that we did transfer the Middle-earth Musical Role Play over here and are just waiting for our conductor and stage director to get back into the swing of things!
Welcome back!

Welcome to the next age of TR old friend!
i left you a trail of bread crumbs but perhaps a dragon (or little birdie) swooped down and gobbled them up before you found them?
good to see you here and as Storm said...we will need to re-establish our chatting habits in the Pony and catch up with everyone a bit...
take care, Majah

Mae govannen!
It's great to see you too around here. After all, what would we do without our linguistical specialist? I'm looking forward to reading your posts... By the way, how did things go with your manuscript?
Regards, Alaere

Welcome friend! A star indeed shines on the hour of our meeting! It's good to see you here. I'm looking very forward to hear more of you. Don't worry about being an orc, you're not the only one. *Looks at his own status.* Shall we have some of those good looking Hobbits for dinner?
