Very cool! I can see a vacation idea here. Only problem is I don't particularly care to drive hauling a 5th wheel in the traffic going out east. The highways are very busy headed east! We went with the drill team to Watertown NY to put on a show for the military troops a few years ago. That was a long, tiring, traffic-filled adventure for our wagon train of vehicles and horse trailers. Glad my hubby drove.
The house could be lived in too. The article said he built it to be a museum, but heck, doesn't he live in it, too? What a shame it would be NOT to live in it after building it so beautifully.

I love the cool archway into the library inside! That is pretty cool, too. I wonder if he has furry feet slippers.

LOL "furry-feet slippers!" Yeah and a few extra sets for guests -- Japanese style, leave your shoes outside "furry-feet" inside.
I would certainly live in it!
