Quite impressive, but I don't think a lot of it looks like Middle Earth as I visualized it or see it in the movies or in our LOTRO game. The buildings are pretty cool, but I had difficulty figuring which one is which!

That is definitely fantastic to see!
I've always been fond of Lego. I played half of my childhood with it. And I've seen already some wonderful constructions before, that were inspired by Tolkien's world. There's tons to find when you search for a location (like Rivendell!) in Lego. There are a lot of builders out there, that took their hobby to a somewhat professional size. My skills, unfortunately, don't go that far... Nor my collection of blocks...
Did you know the Lego company also sold official Lord of the Rings Lego sets, some years ago? brickset.com/sets/theme-The-Lord-of-the-Rings
Back then, I couldn't resist, and I bought box 9474: The Battle of Helm's Deep.

Yes, I knew Legos had some LOTR sets. I bet Helm's Deep was fun to build. It looks larger than some of the sets in your link.
It would be fun to have enough bricks to be really creative. There is/was a Lego building competition show that was fun to watch. Not sure if it's still on or going to come back. Seems Covid might have put it on hold.or it didn't have enough ratings.

Helm's Deep was fun to build! It's still on display... although it's not only Uruk-Hai assaulting its walls... They are helped by dust! It remains my top favourite Lego castle. A very nice design.
I think I should take that insurance... or hope that my not-so-big collection is too small to gain attention. I'm no brick-millionaire. When I read in that article about prices. Wow! It could be an investment, these days! It proves that people with (lots of) Legos are nuts!
Creativity starts when looking for sollutions while facing limits... At least, that's what kept me busy, as a child with his first Legos.
