I don't know about the rest of you, but I can hardly wait until March 18th is past! That ad for the movie, The Ring Two, really creeps me out!
It does not have anything to do with our favorite Ring and I am rather ticked off that the ad for this movie would attach to our forums just because of the common word, "Ring"

I have yet to see this ad, so I'm considering myself fortunate.

Well, it is finally gone! I did click the link in the lower right corner of the creepy ad which said to give feedback on what we thought of the ad.
I said that I did not particularly like the creepy ad attaching itself to our Tolkien site because their "ring" was not the same as our "One Ring." I went on to say because the keyword "ring" was what was prompting it to show up here did not make it a proper association!
Anyway, McDLT, your site does not actually have the word "ring" in the email address. Perhaps that is why you have not seen it.

I saw part of The Ring One(someone else rented it). I drifted away early on as it seemed to have neither point nor plot--it did not get either my money or my attention--for very long! Just because a movie has the word Ring in it's title means nothing. Case in point being that if you, like myself, have read The Lord of the Flies you realized rather early on that it bore no resemblence whatsoever to LoTR...BUT it has both a point & a plot!! Need I say more. Vanye P.S.: just in case you might be wondering I've no intentions of see even a little bit of The Ring Two!!
