I was just wondering about it because I am making my Chirstmas wish list. I bet they don't release it till January 2005 so that they can have big sales next year. That is funny that they are taking orders, but not giving a price or release date!!! They must think we are desperate to have the extended version, ok so maybe some of us are.... ;D

On October 1st they may let us all in on the secret of the release date! At least I hope so. I think I had heard somewhere that the EE would be released in the theaters in December (including some trilogy viewings) and then to the public sometime in January.
I know that I want it on my Christmas wish list, too, unless I can't keep my fingers off the keyboard and pre-order it first!
