Dear all, I've gotten my model of Frodo to a point where I am ready to show ppl, I like it, but is This the Frodo YOU Know? please comment on it! Thank you, Jennifer. sc.groups.msn.com/tn/67/81/TolkiensRing/7/6b4.jpg[/img] For a better look go to: groups.msn.com/TolkiensRing/thetolkienringfellowship.msnw?Page=Last 'And what has that got to do with me?' asked Frodo. 'Ah! you know best,' said the landlord, knowingly. 'I won't give you away; but I was told that this Baggins would be going by the name of Underhill, and I was given a description that fits you well enough, if I may say so.' 'Indeed! Let's have it then!' said Frodo, unwisely interrupting. _'A stout little fellow with red cheeks,'_ said Mr. Butterbur solemnly. Pippin chuckled, but Sam looked indignant. _'That won't help you much; it goes for most hobbits. Barley,_ he says to me,' continued Mr. Butterbur with a glance at Pippin. _'But this one is taller than some and fairer than most, and he has a cleft in his chin: perky chap with a bright eye._ Begging your pardon, but he said it, not me.'

Very nice, PaleandFair!
He is fair, has a cleft in his chin, and looks rather perky! Will you be able to paint him when he is done so that you can show the red cheeks and bright eyes?
I also want to comment on your other paintings. They are all marvelous. I especially love Théoden leading his éoreds into battle on the Pelennor Fields.

Thank you! I plan to model all the main characters just to get to know them and to get an idea of lighting on their faces. The colour 'forth Eorlingas' is just a mocked up version of the photo I took of my pence sketch, I wont to do it up BIG like 1' by 3'!
