I've been working on the website for my handcrafted soap company. There is still a lot of work to do, including taking pictures of the soaps, but I have a nice start to it. Someday after we (my partner, Chris, and I) start making some money at it, hope to get a shopping cart feature to make purchases on line easier. www.oliveleafsoap.com

Kool, Stormrider! I like the "look" of the soaps, lol, make good decorative objects in their own right!

Actually...I agree with you! They are rather decorative! How did you like Desi's hand with the sudsy bar over the sink? She is now my hand model! ;D Once we get busy making soaps for the Craft Fair in December, I will have lots of bars of soap to take pictures of for the website. I am making the molds to pour the formula into so they can set and cure. They are loaf molds and should give us 24 bars a batch. It is easier to make small batches (although these will take 140 oz of the formula to fill which is a larger batch than we have made before--we've only gone up to 100 oz). And 24 bars of soap is considered a small batch. My youngest daughter just returned from Costa Rica where she was a bridesmaid for the girl who ordered soaps from us pictured on the Special Order page (the two on the left side of the page with the beach scenes and sea shells). The bride gave the soaps to the guests who flew down to the wedding as part of a gift basket she set up in their hotel rooms. I am told the people loved the soaps and thought I was very talented. blush! It is really fun to make soap--good clean fun!

LOL, no, I did not recognize the paws as belonging to Desi -- very clean and presentable, not a trace of "stable-wear" after a long day's practice in the arena -- proof of your soap's high character. A good family enterprise!
For some reason, the blocks actually look edible to me, cheeses, or chunk-candies?
I like the idea of the "personalized presentation" packs -- yep, you are TALENTED!
Hmmm, maybe I'll get some wrapped with admonitions for my little brothers: "Jon, Steve, Mark: use AT ONCE!" My own will have to read: "Do NOT eat!"
Great website!

I have to admit, they do smell scrumptious! Honey Oatmeal smells very tasty. We need to make more apple which we are currently out of. We will be getting ready for that Craft Fair soon and starting to stock our shelves, so apple will be amoung the new scents.
I thought it would be a good idea to add our current scents to the "Soap" page even though I don't have the pictures of each one loaded yet.
