A Day in the Life of Desi Baggins, at Home Mom [/u][/center] The sun is shining and it is the start of a beautiful Shire day. Desi Baggins wakes up bright and early to prepare a grand Hobbit sized breakfast for her family. Now Desi’s husband and two boys are waking to the smell of hot cakes, eggs and bacon. After breakfast Desi’s hubby, Stoga, goes to work in the field of tracking flight patterns of the great Eagles. Then Desi takes her two boys (Frodo 4 years old and Merry 4 months old) to the market. When the shopping is done they spend their time visiting Hobbit friends and letting the Hobbit lads run and play. During visiting and play time they have several Hobbit meals. The next event of the day is caring for their ponies. The Stoga Baggins are well known in the Shire for the most grand ponies in all of Middle-earth. Now the day is growing later and it is time to start dinner. Desi makes a coney stew with taters and mushrooms and for desert seed cake! When Stoga comes home he gives everyone a kiss and they sit down for dinner. After dinner they kick back and relax. Desi tells the story of Frodo with the nine fingers. The kids always want to hear more about Sam and how he took on Shelob. It is finally bedtime and the two Hobbit parents tuck the young ones in bed and go to bed themselves.“Oh my what a wonderful dream!” thought Desi, “Any way I can’t wait to get the day started and get some PC time so I can relive my dream at the new Tolkien’s Ring forums!”<br>

Your life as a stay-at-home-hobbit-mom is very interesting! I have to commend Stogas in his excellent job of tracking the flight patterns of the great Eagles! I will be using the Eagle's flight service soon and it makes me feel secure knowing that he is taking care of their landings and departures!
Yes, I agree with Majah! You have certainly grown in your artistic, poetic, and written talents! You have helped set this site up and we both appreciate that so much! I'm proud to be your mom!

It's so good to see you again! You were always one of the friendliest, most enthusiastic people around... And might I add my thanks for all you have done, too? Looking forward to posting with you again!

I'm glad to see that one of my dearest hobbit friends is very involved in this site. I'm sure this new forum will turn out to be one of the best 'Tolkien' forums ever.
And I like the idea of trying to get Haysend going again.
See you around! Love, Aeleorn

Here is a hug my friend elf! Glad you dropped by!
I see you chose one of the archer women as your avatar, but I want you to know that if you scroll down further on the list there is a red haired one (redarcherwoman) that might suit you better!
Hope to see you around, after all you have to at least get out of being an orc!
